Remote Sales Agent – Outbound Calls to US Law Firms

About the role

This part‑time remote position is focused on outbound outreach to US law firms for a US‑based legal‑tech company. You will conduct conversational calls, gather market insights and set up qualified demos, all while working from anywhere in Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US law firms using a light‑touch, conversational script.
• Record structured research for each call, including contact details, call duration and intake processes.
• Maintain a live call‑log spreadsheet that serves as a key deliverable for the client.
• Send templated follow‑up emails summarising findings from each call.
• Book qualified appointments with product demos directly into the founders’ calendars.
• Manage call‑back cadence across a prospect list supplied by the client.
• Participate in weekly review calls to refine scripts and approach.
• Potentially expand into client onboarding and new‑client intake as the project matures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in phone‑based sales, customer service, research or a similar speaking‑intensive role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, natural phone manner.
• Strong discipline and attention to detail in data logging and spreadsheet work.
• Resilience and good humour on the phone; comfortable handling rejection.
• Willingness to quickly learn the basics of the US legal market.
• Absolute discretion with confidential client information.

What we offer

• Base salary of 30,000 MKD net per month.
• Part‑time remote work (Monday‑Friday, 18:00‑22:00 CEST).
