Senior Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Symphony Solutions, an AI‑transformation IT company, is seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to drive Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) outreach for its iGaming portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end prospecting process, from signal detection to booking qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales‑qualified meetings by executing ABM campaigns for Tier 1‑3 target accounts.
• Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and account lists in collaboration with domain experts.
• Monitor buying‑intent signals and trigger events, turning them into “reason‑now” outreach hypotheses.
• Design and run hyper‑personalized multi‑touch sequences across LinkedIn and email, including comments and posts to warm up prospects.
• Maintain accurate data and campaign operations in HubSpot and supporting tools, and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of senior lead generation, SDR or ABM outbound experience for B2B tech or iGaming products, with proven meeting‑booking results.
• Strong ability to research accounts, map personas and craft hyper‑personalized messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2‑C1 level).
