CRO Manager – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a CRO Manager to own end‑to‑end conversion optimization for our digital products. This fully remote contractor position will allow you to shape the CRO strategy, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the CRO roadmap, experimentation pipeline, and measurement framework.
• Analyze GA4, funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and other behavioural data to uncover friction points.
• Develop, prioritize, and test data‑driven hypotheses using A/B testing and other experiment types.
• Own CRO tracking implementation and validation in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content writers to improve landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
• QA experiments and tracking before launch and after results are collected.
• Translate experiment outcomes into clear recommendations and actionable improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in conversion rate optimization, growth, or digital experimentation.
• Proven track record of taking CRO initiatives from research through implementation, testing, analysis, and iteration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect CRO work to revenue, leads, or acquisition goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
