Customer Support Specialist – Retail eCommerce

About the role

Jupiter is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist focused on retail eCommerce, handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. The role is open to candidates based in Macedonia, with hybrid or remote working conditions.

Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer support by phone, email and ticketing system, keeping customers satisfied.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer support as needed.
• Manage time effectively to address customer inquiries and report to management by effective communication.

Required profile

• C2 level English, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a must.
• Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, with a proven track record of working efficiently under pressure.
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay professional in all customer interactions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices; experience with Gorgias is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
