Dispatcher – Logistics Coordination (Skopje)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Dispatcher to join our Skopje team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will coordinate daily transportation activities, ensuring cargo moves efficiently and reaches its destination on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan optimal routes and schedule trucks and drivers for daily shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and update dispatch and tracking systems.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate transport and customs documentation.
• Optimize loads and schedules to reduce costs and delays.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve service quality and operational performance.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and transportation coordination experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Skopje in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Good problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of customs procedures is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispatch, tracking and warehouse management systems.
• Competence in basic office software such as spreadsheets and email.
