Dry Van Dispatcher

About the role

The Dry Van Dispatcher will coordinate daily truck routes, assign loads to drivers, and ensure on‑time pickup and delivery for customers. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Radoviš and supports the company’s focus on safety, reliability and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers throughout their trips and monitor schedules.
• Update dispatch systems, maintain accurate load records and confirm load details.
• Resolve route issues, delays or schedule changes to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operations staff to optimise fleet utilisation.

Required profile

• Experience in transportation, trucking or logistics dispatch, preferably with dry‑van operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Solid organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety practices.

Required skills

• Use of dispatch or fleet‑management software.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as email and spreadsheets.
