Transport Administrator

About the role

Join Lear’s new Skopje Epicenter as a Transport Administrator, supporting centralized scheduling and transport management for Lear’s seating plants across Europe and Africa. You will ensure shipments are delivered on time, comply with regulations, and contribute to operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipments for Lear facilities in Europe, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Serve as the main contact for carriers, customers, and suppliers.
• Resolve shipment issues or delays promptly.
• Keep accurate shipment records, including tracking, invoices, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze and report on shipment performance metrics.
• Audit freight invoices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to control‑tower operations.

Required profile

• At least high school education.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
• No specific experience required – fresh graduates and early‑career professionals are welcome.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and operate in two shift patterns (06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00).

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
