Growth Operations & Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced growth professional to lead the systems that turn paid activity into qualified commercial opportunities for a client building game data infrastructure. The role focuses on creating measurable growth pipelines rather than vanity metrics, working remotely with an overlap in European/Oslo time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, automation and lifecycle stages.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns and demand‑generation programmes.
• Develop and execute email nurture sequences and lead‑qualification routing.
• Track campaign performance, attribution and conversion metrics across the funnel.
• Analyse funnel data to improve conversion rates and data quality.
• Run experiments across the growth funnel and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition, demand generation and lead qualification.
• Ability to translate marketing activity into real commercial opportunities.
• Experience working in a remote, cross‑functional environment with European time‑zone overlap.
