GTM Engineer – Outbound Campaign Specialist

About the role

Hypergen is a fast‑growing B2B lead generation agency that helps startups and professional services firms across the US, UK and EU book more meetings using AI‑powered outbound strategies. We are looking for an experienced GTM Engineer to own client campaigns from strategy through execution, working directly with US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage outbound campaigns for US‑based clients.
• Design, build, and optimise Clay workflows and AI automations.
• Create highly targeted prospect lists and outbound strategies.
• Test and improve email copy, targeting criteria, and overall campaign performance.
• Communicate campaign updates directly with clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest GTM, AI, and outbound tools.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Clay (required).
• Strong practical experience using Claude for research, writing and automation.
• Proven B2B cold‑email and outbound experience.
• Background working with M&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, agencies or SaaS companies.
• Previous experience at a lead‑generation, outbound or GTM agency.
• Excellent English and confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Availability to work 1 PM–9 PM EET.
