Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Fuelerate is looking for a proactive Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will keep the pipeline moving, ensure candidates are engaged, and support hiring managers throughout each stage.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms using predefined search criteria.
• Send outreach messages, follow‑ups, and manage candidate communication.
• Review applications, intro videos, portfolios and screen candidates against role requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and reject non‑fits using existing templates.
• Schedule interviews, conduct first‑round video interviews, and take detailed notes.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date hiring tracker/ATS and communicate status to hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through each step, prepare them for subsequent interviews, and support onboarding hand‑off.
• Organise and keep hiring documents, trackers, and candidate information orderly.

Required profile

• Some experience in recruitment, HR support, candidate screening, sourcing or related admin work.
• Clear written and spoken English with confidence speaking to candidates on video calls.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational habits and proactive mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive candidate information responsibly.
