ICP/Prospect Research & Campaign Manager

About the role

Neptik is seeking an ICP/Prospect Research & Campaign Manager to lead B2B lead‑generation projects for clients across the UK and worldwide. Working remotely from North Macedonia, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of prospect research and campaign execution, ensuring high‑quality data and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of client campaigns from planning to delivery.
• Create research briefs and design audience searches using internal tools.
• Conduct prospect searches, cleanse and adapt marketing data for each campaign.
• Set up and schedule campaigns, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Manage incoming leads, forward them to clients, notify clients, and handle prospect objections independently.
• Adapt and optimise audience searches based on performance data and client feedback.
• Identify and correct data or campaign errors, or report them promptly to management.
• Monitor deliverability and report key metrics on a daily basis.
• Test campaigns using company systems and follow operational workflows, suggesting improvements where needed.
• Proofread written content and provide feedback to content marketers.
• Record performance metrics and present findings during daily team calls.
• Prepare monthly client campaign reports.
• Support onboarding of new team members and assist management with training.
• Recommend and implement campaign enhancements based on performance analysis.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or marketing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data and written content.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client campaigns remotely.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets.
