About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Non‑Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Dispatcher to join our growing team in Skopje. The role focuses on coordinating daily driver schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring smooth transportation for patients who require non‑emergency medical services. This position offers a stable 9 am‑5 pm shift within a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver schedules and assign trips based on availability and patient needs.
• Organize and continuously optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, patients, and healthcare facilities to confirm details and address changes.
• Monitor trips in real time, providing operational updates and handling any issues that arise.
• Coordinate all aspects of transportation to ensure each trip runs safely and on time.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the transportation industry, particularly medical transport.
