About the role

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding MONETA FINANCIAL SERVICES' agent network across the region, identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting the licensing process for new agents, and providing market and competitor analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the network of payment agents in the assigned region.
• Identify and evaluate new business collaboration opportunities.
• Assist prospective agents through the licensing and onboarding process.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Maintain regular communication with agents, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Completed higher education, preferably in economics, banking, finance, management or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of the financial sector and the local market.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Understanding of financial regulations and licensing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Advanced level of English.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
