Risk, Fraud and Payments Manager

About the role

Casumo is seeking an experienced Risk, Fraud and Payments Manager to lead daily operational activities, ensure accurate processing of fraud reports, withdrawals and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including fraud reports, withdrawal requests, confiscations, daily reporting, escalations and risk assessment of players.
• Manage PSP account funding, treasury functions and high‑value withdrawal requests.
• Participate in payments and fraud‑related projects and act as the main contact point for other departments.
• Develop and implement processes to mitigate fraudulent activity and overall risk.
• Monitor team performance, metrics and provide regular reporting to the Head of Operational Compliance.
• Conduct QA checks, provide training, and ensure procedures and automation work as expected.
• Recruit, interview, hire and develop team members, set goals and KPIs, and recognise high performance.

• Experience in managing a team, conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional departments and support continuous training.
