Sales & Marketing Director

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Director will own and lead Hustler Marketing’s entire revenue generation function, unifying sales and marketing under one strategy. Reporting directly to company leadership, you will shape and execute plans that deliver qualified leads, improve sales performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales and marketing funnel from lead generation to signed contracts.
• Audit existing processes, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions.
• Build and manage lead generation systems across SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
• Optimize lead qualification, pipeline management, and conversion rates to meet revenue targets.
• Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing sales and marketing teams.
• Set KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and present performance reports to leadership.

Required profile

• At least 5 years leading sales, marketing, or revenue functions with direct commercial responsibility.
• Proven track record building and scaling high‑performing teams in a digital agency or SaaS environment serving e‑commerce brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, data‑driven decision making, and willingness to roll up sleeves during growth phases.
