Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time SEO Specialist to own and improve local search visibility across our client programs. This is an ownership role where you will develop, execute, and continuously refine local SEO strategies to drive measurable ranking improvements and generate more calls, leads, and revenue for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and evolve the local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy.
• Create repeatable SOPs for consistent execution across multiple client accounts.
• Stay current on local algorithm updates, spam guidelines, and industry testing.
• Conduct competitor, category, and entity audits to define optimal categories, services, and listings.
• Build, verify, and maintain Google Business Profiles, including services, descriptions, attributes, photos, Q&A, and posts.
• Coordinate with website teams to align internal linking, schema, and local signals with profile optimization.
• Run regular rank‑grid scans, diagnose performance gaps, and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and improving Google Business Profile performance.
• Hands‑on expertise with local SEO tools and rank‑grid tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset for problem diagnosis, hypothesis testing, and result optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a proactive, detail‑oriented work style.
