Senior Automation Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Quality Engineer to design and evolve scalable test automation solutions for complex telecommunications systems. The role centers on C#/.NET, Playwright, API testing, and integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using C#/.NET and Playwright.
• Create UI, API, integration, end‑to‑end, and regression test suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution.
• Improve test stability, execution speed, and overall quality practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to align testing strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
• Senior‑level experience designing test automation frameworks.
• Hands‑on expertise with Playwright.
• Deep knowledge of API and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Upper‑intermediate English and strong communication skills.
• Nice‑to‑have: telecommunications/OSS‑BSS background, TM Forum concepts, performance or event‑driven testing, prior automation architect or technical lead role.
