Senior Full Stack Engineer – Architecture & AI‑Driven Development

About the role

Itecor is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to design and deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions that align with business needs, leveraging micro‑services architecture and AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture and implementation plans.
• Drive architectural discussions, technology selection and long‑term strategy.
• Design, evolve and optimise micro‑service‑based systems, define APIs and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to challenge requirements, identify risks and propose solutions.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Perform hands‑on development on both frontend and backend when needed.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality and enhance productivity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and micro‑services principles.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions and select appropriate technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to challenge assumptions and identify optimal solutions.
• Proactive, curious and continuously seeking improvement.

Required skills

• Backend development with Go (Golang) or Ruby.
• Frontend development with Angular and JavaScript.
• Database design and data architecture: PostgreSQL, NoSQL and document‑oriented databases.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with modern engineering toolchains: GitLab, Jira, Confluence and APIs.
