Senior SEO Manager

About the role

DesignRush.com is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale its search engine optimization initiatives. You will drive organic growth, improve visibility, and position the platform as a category leader.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute professional SEO strategies across the site.
• Document and enforce best‑practice processes, checklists, and standards.
• Set up, track, and continuously optimize SEO campaigns.
• Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for content and development teams.
• Oversee link building, content creation, and technical SEO execution.
• Train and mentor SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven SEO experience, including managing large, complex websites.
• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Strong project‑management and team‑leadership experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Availability to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and grow with a team.
