Technical Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist to help B2B technology companies increase visibility, generate demand and turn that demand into sales opportunities. The role combines a technical background with marketing execution, working across CRM, website management and SEO tools.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HubSpot forms, properties, lists, workflows and email automations; keep CRM data clean and organized.
• Connect websites, forms and marketing tools, test automations, troubleshoot issues and document processes.
• Manage day-to-day website operations: page updates, content publishing, landing pages and forms; ensure cross-device functionality and resolve broken elements.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as metadata, redirects, internal linking, indexing checks and structured data; run audits using Semrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated, write clear instructions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing technology and a desire to build a career in it.
• Logical troubleshooting mindset and high attention to detail, especially with data and automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English, proactive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) and marketing automation tools.
• WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
• APIs and integration tools such as Make or Zapier.
• SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
