Sales Account Executive

About the role

Stellar Staff is seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to be the first point of contact for business owners interested in virtual assistant solutions. You will guide prospects through a consultative sales process, helping them understand how our pre‑vetted VAs can reduce costs and boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within five minutes during business hours.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and recommend suitable VA services.
• Navigate prospects through the VA selection and onboarding workflow.
• Handle objections and position the service as a strategic investment.
• Close at least eight new client contracts each month (approximately 25% conversion).
• Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Prior sales experience preferred, especially B2B, SaaS, or business services.
• Strong communicator who can think on their feet.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.
• Coachable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
