Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

As a Sales Associate at Aaron’s you will be the friendly face of the store, engaging customers, helping them locate products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also handle basic clerical tasks and maintain the sales floor’s appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, including moving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties such as managing customer files and contracts.
• Promote a positive and energetic environment for both customers and teammates.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 300 lb with a dolly (training provided).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
