CRM Specialist

About the role

As a CRM Specialist you will design and execute CRM strategies that boost customer conversion, lifetime value, and loyalty. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial and IT teams to create data‑driven campaigns and loyalty programmes that increase purchase frequency and average basket size.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve CRM processes and campaigns to optimise KPIs such as customer value, purchase frequency, churn rate and average basket value.
• Design cost‑effective campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Commercial, Marketing and IT.
• Create and manage loyalty mechanisms and programmes to raise customer activity and value.
• Work with a Data Analyst to enrich customer profiles, segment the database and identify monetisation opportunities.
• Analyse data to uncover trends and hidden behaviours, providing the basis for personalised marketing.
• Run A/B tests on business propositions to determine the most scalable offers.
• Define, monitor and report on CRM metrics including total sales volume, churn rate, average basket value and purchase frequency.
• Utilise CRM tools to track and execute retention strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in CRM, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Experience designing and running loyalty programmes and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Organizational Sciences or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and goal‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and Serbian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
