About the role

Freightech Inc. is seeking a motivated Truck Driver Recruiter to source, interview, and onboard qualified CDL drivers for its U.S. operations. You will work closely with HR, safety, and management teams to meet hiring targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and recruit truck drivers for U.S. operations.
• Collaborate with HR, safety, and management to fulfill hiring needs.
• Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and safety records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Follow industry regulations and company hiring procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in truck driver recruitment preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective teamwork orientation.
